The Role of Politicians
From the various formulas adopted and being adopted by civilized peoples of the world in their countries, it is clear that any government requires honourable rulers and an impartial administration of their peoples and countries.
Indeed, most politicians are naïve, sometimes among them there are thieves, but a few of them are intelligent people who make outstanding history. They are, in fact, servants and their duties are to serve their people and their country with sincerity, awareness and developed intellectual capacity within respected freedom and democracy without intimidation, threat or terrorism.
For example: Just as the soldier aims to defend his country with love, devotion and sacrifice, so the politician has the duty to serve his society and give it the best with love and sincerity. Intelligent and educated politicians are the ones who raise their country to the level of advancement, prosperity, modern development and peace, if they work with sincerity, loyalty, solidarity and clear beneficial vision.
Politicians have a duty not to lie in the election campaign to their people. The United Nations should enact a new law and distribute it to member states. In its legitimacy, politicians must present an official work list during their electoral campaign, in order to give confidence and preference to the voter in choosing their representative to implement their demands when they succeed in the election. In that case, politicians become legally accountable for their policies.
At the same time, the United Nations benefits and has a legitimate investigation with all international financial institutions to save money, because they are legally sure of the purpose of the country requesting and receiving loans to complete its projects allocated according to its agenda, instead of giving and helping rulers, the owners of theft, bribery, administrative corruption and indifference in serving their people.
In a situation where politicians (ministers…) ignore, lie and deceive the International Financial Institutions and act against their promises according to their electoral platform, they are legally accountable and responsible for stealing the money and grants they received. Then, within the investigation and proof of them, they must be tried before their own courts or in the International Court under the supervision of representatives of the United Nations and the International Financial Institutes participating in granting money and recovering loans from the official and the state.
In this regard, the United Nations has saved a lot of the burden in losing money and social deterioration among countries, especially in financing terrorism, revolutions and wars.
