BUYING and SELLING/TRADING

Trade is the blood of a country’s economy. Its history goes back to the time of the Lebanese –Canaanite – Phoenicians.

The Phoenicians were the first people on the planet who opened the eyes and brains of peoples to the world of the commerce profession and its necessity. They succeeded in it and became masters of its power in the Mediterranean Basin and beyond. They built the stations and world of their empire from the east to Britain, to the unknown world at the time, and around the African shores in the Atlantic Ocean…If trade is successful, the country is strong, and if trade is weak, the country is weak.
With the days, trade changed into an administrative art, methods, conditions, laws, policies and wars. Trade is the largest and most extensive movement in the life of a country. Today, it is an important scientific subject to study at university in addition to politics. It is among the necessities of the first important points for the management and policy of the state in the country, its openness and its relations with foreign countries. Today, the husband of commerce is politics, to the extent that the husband protects nurtures, takes care of and develops it; as much as he succeeds, he is proud of it and lives with the abundance of its profits.

For this reason, commerce was of great importance to the Quraysh tribe in their country, the Arabian Peninsula. Quraysh was afraid of the Messenger Mohammad defeating her gigantic commerce empire. A severe and extreme disagreement with him occurred when she felt shaken by the escalation of his Mohammadiah belief. We will explain about it later. Mohammad also resorted to plundering trade by raids and territorial expansion to live and support his creed.
We say with time, the Arab has become an expert and is experienced in commerce because it has been his profession since the time of Quraysh. But he did not venture and develop it as some East and West merchants, including the Lebanese, Israelis, Europeans, Japanese, Chinese and Americans, did in the art of managing and trading methods. Today, the pioneers/leaders of the art of managing trade between peoples and nations are the Americans, because they put laws, terms, studies and important foundations for it in its modern management of buying, selling and working. Recently, trade laws and their foundations have expanded and spread in successful countries; one of the most important parts of their success and methods is the art of managing it.
As for the Mohammadiah states, some of them improved the means of trade and borrowed them from the modernity of the West’s management in the cleanliness of their presentation, the price of its sale and the way it was managed…As for some of them, they are still living in a time of chaos, ambiguity, mockery, controversy, fraud and lies…
In the modern civilized and orderly Mohammadian country with regulations, you pass in front of the neat and tidy shop, you see the goods are clean, artfully displayed and with their price tag on them. You spend a few minutes of time with the merchant’s welcome, helpfulness and kindness to purchase if you decide.
In the chaotic country that mocks laws and regulations, you pass in front of the store, the goods are displayed, scattered, untidy and around them are dirt and no organized price tag is visible on them. If you decide to buy, you spend with the dialogue of the fox merchant between ten minutes or twenty minutes or almost half an hour in wasting time on an acceptable price agreement to buy the type of commodity with an oath of fraud and lying in the name of God.
Many merchants in the Middle East, including Christians, Jews, Mohammadians, Druze and atheists…They sell their goods and other merchandise on credit. That is the customer purchases and takes the goods and pays after a week, a month, two months or a year according to the verbal agreement of the merchant and the buyer. This action is very risky against the foundations of commerce, especially without signing official documents. If the buyer or merchant dies without official papers, the merchant loses everything. Except for the relatives of the deceased according to their good reputation, sometimes they compensate or pay what must be paid if the person is lucky.

Money Interest
Specifically and generally in the Mohammadian world, ‘money interest’ in the financial-commercial dealings is not halal. They consider ‘the interest of money’ a negative act against the mercy of justice and the right to an individual’s life. The benefit of money is against conscience, common sense and the mercy of god, and it is not permissible to accept it among the Mohammadians!

Differences and Disputes

Most of the minor differences between the faithful Mohammadians are resolved through mediation, conviction and sound opinion. The faithful Mohammadian respects the words of the Qur’an and submits to the truth. Hear what the Messenger Mohammad said in the Qur’an, Surat al-Nahl, Verse 90:
God commands by justice and goodness to give kinship their due, and forbids indecency, immorality and oppression; he admonishes you so that you may deny.’
The meaning of the words of this Verse is: ‘God commands all people to be fair and moderate in all matters and to meet well with something better than it and evil with pardon and forgiveness and to give closeness to their right of connection and kindness to them and he forbids everything ugly in word or deed such as backbiting, gossip, adultery and miserliness and from all what the Shariah denies by forbidding it and what a sound mind detests…’
Surat al-Nahl, Verse 116: ‘Do not say when your half tongues the lie, this is permissible and this is forbidden, in order to invent a lie against god, for those who invent lies against god will not succeed.’
The meaning of the words of this Verse is: ‘Do not make it forbidden, o people and do not make it permissible just by speaking with the tongue without evidence, so you say: This is permissible and this is forbidden for what god permits and did not prohibit, so that you attribute to god a lie, for those who fabricate lies about god do not achieve what is required.’
Surat al-Nahl, Verse 125: ‘Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good advice, and argue with them in a way that is best, for Lord knows best those who have strayed from his way and he knows best those who are guided.’

Surat al-Isra’eh, Verse 80: ‘Say, my Lord, let me enter a truthful ingress and lead me out a truthful egress and grant me from you a helping authority.’

The Guilty Behaviour of the Mohammadian

Al-Mohammadian, who is guilty of a criminal act against the law and Shariah in his Mohammadian country, has no space to fabricate lies, fraud, malice or disobedience or refuse to respect the regulations of appearing in court with his head bowed down low before the judge. He knows that if he acts against the terms of the court’s principles, he will be humiliated and the result of its judgment on him will be dire, have no pity and be merciless. Sometimes he receives a death sentence depending on the type of his behaviour and the degree of the crime; it doesn’t matter what his rank or reference is.
Whereas in the courts of western countries whose laws were enacted from the legislation of the Christian world, the perverted, guilty Mohammadian plays and defrauds the law. Sometimes he rejects the principles of court terms and their application in the country in which he lives, because he believes only in his Mohammadiah doctrine and falsely understands the Qur’an. He knows that he is complying with a non-Mohammadiah court, tolerant and moderate in its laws. Some of them have the scope and the opportunity to lie, deceive and mock in its laws, because they expect its verdict to be less harsh than the Mohammadiah court.

The Death

In the event of death, according to the Mohammadiah Shariah, the corpse must be respected and prepared by cleaning, washing and arranging it and then burying it before sunset after praying over it. Some wealthy people, aristocrats, politicians and state rulers along with diplomatic corps employees abroad use the refrigerator in exceptional circumstances to transport the body to its relatives in the country to which it belongs, or to attend official mourners from abroad at the time of condolences and burial ceremonies in international official forums.

NEXT TIME I WILL TALK ON THE MOHAMMADIAN WOMAN. It is a new chapter, later on, how a woman wears the hijab, which has become a controversial political topic all over the world today! It is very important! Don’t miss it, until then take care and have good times!
