Shawl or Khimar
A shawl or a headscarf on a woman’s head gives her protection from the bad factors of nature and increases her respect and glamor for the beauty of her femininity, provided that it is necessary to appear from her face her brow, her eyes, her nose, her cheeks, her lips and her chin completely with her neck to upper chest, if she wanted it personally and not compulsorily. Neither the law nor any person has the right to interfere with her freedom of choice and her desire to dress, except in exceptional legal cases that pertain to respecting the law, the control of national security in the country and the modernity of its society.
Enact Legal Exceptions Standards Pertaining to Governmental Places and Public Private Places.
General Government Places Are:
1. All government departments, including courts and internal security offices…
2. All government institutions, including financial centres, schools, universities, scientific institutes, hospitals, pharmacies, laboratories, health places, swimming pools and first aid areas…
3. All airports, ports, train…
4. Museums, libraries, galleries and public entertainment buildings…
Public Private Places Are:
1. Banks, money exchanges and all financial institutions.
2. Huge commercial buildings and centres, buildings and places for selling agricultural and industrial products…
3. All the playgrounds inside the buildings and outside in the open.
4. Cinemas, clubs, amusement parks, horse and car racing…
5. Driving cars, vehicles, wheels and bicycles, excluding the necessities of clothing to protect the safety of the body…
6. Public gardens
7. Houses, dwellings and buildings for rent…
8. All shops, centres and private medium commercial companies.
9. All petrol stations, auto services and vehicles…
10. All the pedestrians and popular gathering inside or outside…
This is what determines the duty and responsibility of the country’s state, the official authorities and the management of the people. It also secures the integrity and right of the person to know the rights and duties and to respect the law and the democratic system. In that case a government must enact an official standards guide, issued to public shown several models accepted of wearing hijabs to reduce and prevent the harassment of people, particularly in the Mohammadian communities.
Women and the Headscarf
There is no shame or impurity for a woman’s belief if she puts on a headscarf and uncovers her face.
The Messenger Moses wore a headscarf with his face uncovered with all the apostles and messengers. The Virgin Mary wore a headscarf with her face uncovered. The Lord Christ wore a headscarf with his disciples with his face uncovered. The Messenger Mohammad wore the headscarf with his face uncovered, with all the caliphs and kings who wore the headscarf with their faces uncovered. Her Highness, the queen of Palmyra, wore a headscarf with an open face. The pharaohs of Egypt wore the headscarf with their faces uncovered. Her Highness Queen Cleopatra wore the headscarf with an open face. Her Highness, Queen Elizabeth II of Great Britain, wore the shawl ‘khimar’ on her head, with her face uncovered. All our old mothers wore and modern ones still wear the shawl over their heads, with the face uncovered.
For this understood document, no one has the right to criticize a woman with her head covered and her face uncovered within the legislated law and according to the country’s constitution.
A country that does not care about the development of law and the modernity of its society is a neglected and late country that faces obstacles and dangerous social problems for the safety of its national security, its civilization and the safety of the world. Only law and democratic order guarantee a person’s freedom and safety.
Mohammad’s Problems with the Quraysh Tribe
It is not easy for anyone to spread a new doctrine, especially for worship. Mohammad is the one who faced hardship, rejection, humiliation and death in Arabia.
Long ago, before his birth, Lord Jesus in spreading his message faced the same consequences and death in ancient Israel and all over Palestine.
As we mentioned earlier, the Quraysh is a wealthy and powerful tribe that has the upper hand and the dominant power in Macca, the trading empire in the Arabian Peninsula, the social relations between the tribes and the administration of pagan worship.
The heart of the young and rebellious Mohammad did not rejoice in the existing situation that prevailed at the time, so he created the philosophy of his new creed to worship the god that he conceived of and created.
His intention was to spread his idea to Macca to worship his god instead of idolatry and to transform the mob community of the tribes into a civilized one.
This is similar to the movement that the poles of communism made in the beginning to spread the philosophy of their political creed against the ruling Tsar regime in Russia and Hitler’s Nazi philosophy in Europa.
As for Mohammad, his creed is the double belief in ‘worshiping his god’ with ‘politics.’ As a result of his movement, rejection, tension, collision, threat and war occurred between the concerned parties to support, maintain and control the existence of the entity of both parties. Finally, it is the war in the material world that determines destiny, success and survival, or defeat and loss.
In the beginning, Mohammad made a secret call to worship his god. After about three years of its secret publication, he openly announced the idea of his worship, dressed in politics and social conventions, including tribal customs, against the Quraysh, the polytheists and the current situation prevailing in Macca.
Mohammad began to explain his creed; the first woman who favoured his idea and accepted his philosophy from women was his first wife, Khadija. The notables of Quraysh and his relatives opposed him and rejected the idea of his movement because they thought him an ‘idiot, ridiculously weak-minded.’
In the beginning of his call, the poor and slaves followed him. When his popularity increased, some relatives and wealthy people joined him to support him in his belief, such as Abu Bakr al-Saddiq with others…Mohammad annoyed and angered the Quraysh because his movement threatened their interests and posed a great danger to weakening their overall and future influence. At that time, the Quraysh masters rose up to defend their pagan beliefs and their interests and disagreements occurred between the two sides; clashes, threats, killings and war began.
Changing the World and a New Era before Mohammad
Before the birth of Mohammad and the emergence of his creed to worship his god, about 610 AD, previously the Christian creed appeared, from its mother the Jewish creed ‘Judaism’ called ‘The New Testament,’ to preach the presence of the True, Supreme, Perfect God with its shepherd and founder, Jesus Christ and it changed the corrupt world at that time.
The greatest miracle of Christ in his proof of the power of God the Most High and the Complete Existence was the resurrection of the dead in front of the eyes of people, including those who opposed him and mocked him. His prophecies are still happening and some of them happened according to what he said:
‘There are wars and strife; do not be alarmed, for it must happen first, but the end will not be then, nation will rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom.’
There would be Migration of peoples, flood, fire, erupting volcanoes, locusts, prostitution, diseases and human creatures turning their backs and mocking God.
‘Severe earthquakes, diseases, famines and pestilences will occur in many places…All great signs.’ See the Holy Gospel.
Lord Christ stood in the face of corrupt pagan Rome and fought it with the means of ‘Love, peace,’ crushing it and destroying it to its foundations without a sword, armies or a deadly machine. Corrupt and criminal Rome ceased to exist with its false laws that were against man forever and the Victorious Church was built in the seat of its ruling house in Rome.
The first and greatest work that Lord Christ accomplished, in teaching his faith in the history of peoples, was to ‘Love and make peace,’ to change and save the world from fear, tyranny, slavery, loathsome debauchery and murder. After the demise, the cessation of the criminal Rome, a new era began: the era of considering human creatures for the first time in life as human.
This radical change of a new dawn, considering the human creature ‘human’ for the first time in the history of human society, together with the Church, the world began to work to enact new laws and norms, laws to serve ‘humanity,’ ‘humans,’ with Love, respectable freedom, fraternity, forgiveness, sacrifice, justice, equality and peace, among human beings, regardless of form, colour and race.
Today in our time and forever, in some elevated societies of the West and widespread in the civilized world, if a person upsets a person with his or her words, dashes accidently into someone or performs another harmful behaviour, as civilized person, the first thing that is offered to them is an apology.
An apology is a noble and moral quality of the essence of forgiveness, its demand for tolerance, which derives from the teachings of Christ’s peace message.
An apology was not known and did not exist in the social relations of peoples before Christ and his Church.
But remember the eras or dark ages that the Second Church, the ‘Church of the Man Creation,’ when many disagreements occurred in the church and it split and acted by means that were not from the essence of its mission and sacrifices. Rather, these differences are greed, instincts and selfishness from leaders, rulers and officials within and outside the church. They interpreted the spirit of its philosophy according to their belief. They spoiled and allied themselves with unjust rulers and kings. They plundered the spoils of the people and ill-treated the church’s faithfulness and the essence of its responsibility.
Hear what the Messenger Mohammad said about the rabbis, monks and priests in the Noble Qur’an, Surat al-Tawbah, Verse 34:
‘O you who believe, many pontiffs, rabbis and monks devour people’s money unjustly and turn away from the path of God and those who hoard gold and silver and do not spend it in the way of God then announce to them a painful punishment.’
Also, see a French art caricature showing a clergyman and an aristocrat, a ruler/king, together enjoying riding the back of a poor human being. Consider the philosophy of the great immortal philosophers of France, including Victor Hugo, Voltaire and Diderot…who revolted against the oppression of clergy, kings and rulers.
What ultimately rescued the ‘Second Church’ in the end, bad turn, from its mistakes and struggle is the ‘separation of religion from politics.’ This is how the world has evolved in the way of urbanization with time to our present today.
The Meaning of the Birth of Lord Christ
Every year the Christians and many others all over the world celebrate the greatest most beautiful and loftiest Christmases in life. This feast is not only a Christian’s feast, but a feast of all the free and noble peoples, with their different beliefs, who believe in humans and humanity on the face of Earth. And a day they will celebrate on other planets and places in space. At the same time, they celebrate a new dawn and the recognition of a human creature as human after the cessation and demise of the corrupt and criminal Rome.
They celebrate the beginning of a new life for humans in which Love, brotherhood, tolerance; respected freedom, human consideration, dignity and moderate justice exist. They are not threatened by fear, slavery, persecution, loathsome debauchery, murder and all kinds of iniquity, evil or racism.
The Church is an impregnable hard rock that stands firm in the face of repugnant and corrupt actions of the corrupt men and women. Every human being celebrates as a human within respected freedom for the service of their fellow human being with good treatment within moral values, liberated law and order. And to build a respectable family to renew the human race and contribute to building the homeland with sincerity, liberty, social justice and sacrifice to preserve it. This is the meaning of the birthday of Jesus, the spirit of the essence of Christianity, His sacrifice, His death on the cross and His victorious resurrection; nothing else is like Him.
The Modern Era
Today, after the demise of corrupt Rome, the human being in the free world has achieved mainly the freedom to express their opinion, demand civil and social rights that are contrary to moral and spiritual values. The free elevated and conscious global community must pay attention to dangerous and deviant mistakes. These mistakes deviate from the rule of high morals and the renewal of the human race, whose existence and continuity is necessary. The most important of which is ignoring the honourable family. These mistakes will lead future reduction in generations and in their upbringing and responsibility to the point of mocking God, attacking the laws and values, stripping the dignity of its awe and status. All of this will lead to the perversion of the human community in the renewal and education of its lineage, to build a healthy homeland.
The philosopher Gibran Khalil Gibran said:
‘Freedom without limits is like a body without a soul.’
If the human creature loses the degree of his respect, moral, social and spiritual values in the obscurity of himself, he loses the meaning of the spirit of life and his freedom with it. He becomes corrupt by his laws, because he has returned to the time of the corrupt laws of Rome. And then he returns again within his obscurity, wandering, facing humiliation, slavery and searching painstakingly for Love, precious freedom and consideration for himself.
Mohammad’s Recognition of Christ and the Gospel
Mohammad was influenced by Jesus Christ and recognized Him and His mother the Virgin Mary and all the apostles and prophets. In the Noble Qur’an, he calls Him by the name ‘Isa.’
In Surat al-Baqarah, Verse 87, he says:
‘…And we gave Isa, “Jesus,” son of Mary clear proofs and strengthened Him with the “Holy Spirit…”’
In Surat al Amran, Verse 42, he says:
‘…And when the angels said, O Mary, God has chosen you and purified you and chosen you over the women of the worlds.’
In Surat al Amran, Verse 43, he says:
‘Oh Mary, possess for your Lord and prostrate and bow with those who bow.’
In Surat al Amran, Verse 45, he says:
‘When the angels said, O Mary, may God give you good tidings of a word from Him, whose name is the Messiah Jesus ‘Isa’ son of Mary, eminent in his world and in the hereafter and among those who are close to me.’
In Surat al Amran, 47, he says:
‘She said, “My Lord, I will have a son and no human has touched me?” He said, “So God creates what He wills.”’
In Surat Mariam ‘Mary,’ Verse 34, he says:
‘That is Isa, “Jesus” son of Mary, the word of truth about which they, “Jews and some Christians,” are in doubt and dispute.’
And he says to prove the truth in Surat al-Nahl, Verse 104:
‘Those who do not believe in the revelations of God, God will not guide them and they will have a painful punishment.’
And in Verse 105, he says:
‘It’s only those who do not believe in the revelations of God who invent lies; those are the liars.’
In Surat al-Ma’idah, Verse 46, he says about the Gospel:
‘And we follow their footsteps with Isa, Jesus, son of Mary, confirming what’s in His hands of the Torah, and we gave him the Gospel, in which guidance and light, confirming what’s in His hands of the Torah in which are guidance and an admonition for the righteous.’
In Surat al-Ma’idah, Verse 72, Mohammad defends Christ and proves his words, saying:
‘They disbelieved those who said that God is the Messiah “Christ,” the son of Mary. Christ said: “O Children of Israel worship God, my Lord and your Lord. He who shares with God have forbidden him Paradise and his abode in the fire, and the unjust have no supporters.”’
In Surat al-Tawbah, Verse 31, he also defends Christ and says:
‘They took their rabbis and monks as lords without God and the Messiah, the son of Mary, and they were not commanded except to worship one God. There is no god but He; glory is to Him, above what they associate.’
But Mohammad does not have the status of the divinity of Christ. Christ is the Son of the Perfect Most High God, who was formed in the womb of his mother, the Virgin Mary, by the ‘Holy Spirit.’ He demonstrated the existence and power of God in His time on Earth, by the occurrence of His superhuman miracles through the ‘Holy Spirit’ and after His resurrection from the dead and His ascension to God’s throne in Heaven.
The Messenger Mohammad did not have the ‘Holy Spirit’ because his deity was not the real God of Christ and he ignored baptism, he was not baptized, but he did acknowledge the power of the divinity of Christ.
In Surat al-Ma’idah, Verse 110, Mohammad says:
‘When god said: O Isa, “Jesus,” the son of Mary, remember my grace on you, and your mother has supported you with the “Holy Spirit,” speaking to people in the cradle and in old age and I taught you the Book, the wisdom, the Torah and the Gospel and you were creating out of clay as the shape of a bird, with my permission you would blow into it and it would be a bird with my permission and you heal the dumb, the blind, the lepers with my permission and when you bring forth the dead with my permission and when I restrained the children of Israel from you, when you came to them with clear proofs and those among them who disbelieved said: “This is nothing but clear magic.”’
Mohammad, despite the degree of his faithfulness and recognition of Christ and his deeds, did not follow the laws of Christ and the path of his peaceable message. Instead, he used the violent means in the path of preaching his Mohammadiah belief, ‘Mohammadianity.’ This method is incompatible with the Full Spirit of God the Most High, which Christ preached.
